Shipping Policy:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Order Shipping Time: 2-6 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped (Please check spam/junk folders before reaching out)
- Items ship from Florida and depending on your location, delivery can take anywhere from 2-6 business days to arrive to you.
- We offer Free domestic shipping on all orders $100+ and Free international shipping on all orders $150+.
Once order is placed you will receive an email with order confirmation. This information is also available on the checkout page after order is placed. When item is shipping, you'll receive an email with tracking information (check spam/junk folder). You can also track your order through the Shop app, sign in using the same email you ordered with and your order should automatically connect.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur in transit.
While we’ll always do our best to assist with tracking and updates, delivery timelines are ultimately the responsibility of the carrier.
